After the successful examples of DeSci Berlin, DeSci London, DeSci Boston, DeSci Day (Buenos Aires) and DeSci Denver, the Polygon Guild of Rio de Janeiro decided to organize DeSci Rio. 1 day event on March 29th 2023 as a side-event of Ethereum Rio (March 28-30th) Rio de Janeiro has the most vibrant blockchain community in Brazil with major events as Blockchain Rio Festival, NFT.Rio and ETH Rio happening here.
Furthermore, the MaraValley Innovation Hub is being built in Rio too.
This is the first DeSci conference in Brazil. A place where academics and entrepreneurs can meet and build together.
